Cloud Backup Service
- Provide social-account-based cloud backup/restore and sync data across devices
- Verify Premium subscription status and manage the 30-day retention period for backup data after subscription expiry
- Teeth photos are processed solely to back them up and restore them; we do not analyze their contents or use them for any other purpose.
Restriction on Use Beyond Stated Purposes
We do not use collected personal information beyond the purposes stated above, and do not use it for ad targeting, sell it to third parties, or use it for marketing unrelated to the feature.

Users have the right to refuse this overseas transfer of personal information; if you do not consent, you will not be able to use social login or the Cloud Backup feature.
5. Security Measures for Personal Information
The app implements the following measures to protect the user's personal information.
- Compliance with the minimum personal information collection and storage policy
- Data stored within the app is not transmitted externally without the user's direct consent
- Teeth photos are kept in the app's private storage area on your device, inaccessible to other apps or your device's photo gallery
- Backup data including teeth photos is encrypted on your device before upload and remains encrypted while stored on the server
6. User Rights and Management Methods
Users can refuse to provide personal information in the app's settings, and the use of certain functions may be restricted.
Deleting Cloud Backup vs. Deleting Your Account
- Delete backup only: You can delete the cloud backup data while keeping your account (login) active; the teeth photos stored in the cloud are deleted along with it.
- Deleting individual photos: Removing a photo in the app immediately deletes the original and thumbnail files on your device, and if you use Cloud Backup, the cloud copy is deleted at the next backup.
- Delete account: Your account and related cloud backup data are scheduled for deletion, and the linked social login (Google/Apple) credentials are revoked as well.
- Local records stored on your current device are not deleted when your account is deleted, and auto-renewing subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store/Google Play, independent of account deletion.
Use by Minors
This app may be used by minors. Features requiring social login, such as cloud backup, may require parental/guardian consent for children under the applicable age of digital consent, and Google/Apple sign-in are subject to each provider's own terms and age policies.
